Utilizing a methodical approach, you will apply strategic thinking skills to ensure results are sustained over the long term.Your Contributions In what may be your initial managerial position, you will guarantee that Mondelēz International's safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale objectives are fulfilled for the lines under your supervision by breaking down section targets into line and unit objectives and ensuring that team members comprehend their individual performance goals in relation to the overall objectives.
In this capacity, you will also formulate budgets and be accountable for cost control management, governance and compliance, loss reduction, and workforce planning, which includes recruitment, retention, development, succession planning, and identifying high-potential team members.

You will bring experience and knowledge in:
- Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and progressive maintenance (PM) Step 3 systems
- Independently maintaining equipment at basic conditions, including executing AM & PM (break-down maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on designated equipment
- Total productive maintenance and Six Sigma, including qualification of AM steps 5-6, and PM step 3
- Leading production teams
- Navigating challenging interpersonal situations with tact
- Influencing individuals in a unionized environment
- Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing with a keen attention to detail
