Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that key operational outcomes are met and in mentoring others to maintain the ongoing excellence of technical expertise on the production line.

Utilizing a methodical approach, you will apply strategic thinking skills to ensure results are sustained over the long term.

Your Contributions In what may be your initial managerial position, you will guarantee that Mondelēz International's safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale objectives are fulfilled for the lines under your supervision by breaking down section targets into line and unit objectives and ensuring that team members comprehend their individual performance goals in relation to the overall objectives.

In this capacity, you will also formulate budgets and be accountable for cost control management, governance and compliance, loss reduction, and workforce planning, which includes recruitment, retention, development, succession planning, and identifying high-potential team members.

- Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and progressive maintenance (PM) Step 3 systems

- Total productive maintenance and Six Sigma, including qualification of AM steps 5-6, and PM step 3
- Leading production teams
- Navigating challenging interpersonal situations with tact
- Influencing individuals in a unionized environment
- Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing with a keen attention to detail
