Agronomy Sales Professional

The Premier Ag Account Manager Associate role is a dynamic opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their skills in agronomy sales and customer relationship management.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for actively learning and applying fundamental agronomy skills to support the growth and productivity of our assigned grower customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, including CPP, CN, Seed, CA, TRAX, and TRAX Precision Ag solutions.
- Building strong relationships with growers and providing solutions to increase their productivity, reduce risk, and enhance the overall value of their farm operation.
- Planning and executing effective sales calls with growers in identified trade areas.
- Influencing growers to adopt best agronomic practices for maximum economic yield.
- Communicating service needs to local branches and providing regular updates to supervisors.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in:
- Product/market development strategies.
- Financial concepts applicable to production agriculture.
- Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

Requirements:
- Associates Degree or a minimum of 4 years agronomy sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and electronic).
- Ability to interact well with customers, suppliers, employees, and management of all levels.
- Proven ability to solve and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and without supervision.

The Account Manager Associate position will report to the VP of Agronomy Sales.
