Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative Lead to join our team at NorthShore University HealthSystem. As a key member of our patient service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to patient service representatives to ensure excellent patient care and service.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve patient satisfaction and experience.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Manage and resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing healthcare policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of previous business office or clinic experience preferred.
  • Previous insurance and managed care experience a plus.
