Job Summary:

As a Marketing Manager at LanceSoft, you will be responsible for leading and implementing customer-focused front store shopper experience strategies. You will drive the creative brief and development process, leveraging insights from internal and external data sources to optimize consumer decision making and revenue. You will also establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with key internal stakeholders and help coordinate the printing and shipping of signage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute shopper experience strategies that drive business results
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to develop marketing materials and campaigns
  • Manage and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Coordinate the printing and shipping of signage to support marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with retail loyalty programs and in-store retail environments
  • Knowledge of direct and digital marketing programs
  • Self-motivated and high-capacity individual with excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with internal and external business partners
