Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build wire harness assembly aids to streamline production
  • Assemble wire harnesses of varying complexities with precision and attention to detail
  • Utilize assembly aids such as billboards and blueprints to ensure accuracy
  • Work with a range of tools and read instructions to complete tasks efficiently
  • Conduct thorough tests to guarantee the harness functions as intended
  • Perform repetitive tasks with reliability and consistency
  • Collaborate with a team to achieve common goals
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exhibit precise attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Motivate yourself to learn and continuously improve processes
  • Have a basic understanding of hand tools and be willing to learn more
  • Display strong logic and problem-solving skills
  • Be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and reliability
  • Be able to perform repetitive work with minimal supervision
  • Carpentry skills are a plus, as are mechanical aptitude and experience with power and hand tools
Compensation:
