Senior ServiceNow Developer

Transform business processes and enhance operational efficiency with our team at ICF. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will help our clients in the Federal Government achieve their strategic goals and objectives by developing, implementing, and administering ServiceNow applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow.

* Lead the development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

* Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers.

* Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications.

* Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.

* Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.

* Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform unit, system, and integration testing.

* Debug and fix technical problems.

* Support the development of detailed technical and functional documentation.

* Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.

* Participate in platform upgrade activities including regression testing and reconfiguration.

* Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.

**Requirements:**

* 10 or more years of IT Developer or Computer Engineering experience supported by ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD).

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

* U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

* 2 or more years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.

* 2 or more years of expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine, Scoped Apps, and Service Portal.

* 2 or more years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls, as well as working in an Agile environment.

* Skilled in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, SQL, and XML.

* Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP and REST.

**Nice to Have:**

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

* Experience with ServiceNow SAP ERP Canvas.

* Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF).

* Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels.

* Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands.

* Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions.
