Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Intact Technology. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions for our large enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement core configuration user stories with some guidance. User stories could cover service catalog, catalog items/record producers, knowledge bases/knowledge articles, notifications, assignment rules using advanced work assignment, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) configurations and workflows.

Implement reports and dashboards.

Execute unit testing to ensure that implemented user stories meet acceptance criteria.

Conduct peer reviews of other developer's user stories.

Provide technical documentation as required.

Ensure all ServiceNow certifications are kept current with new releases.

Requirements:

1+ year of experience with implementing major ServiceNow modules/applications.

Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including administration and configuration.

Familiarity with JavaScript.

Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, actively participating in the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Customer-focused with excellent time management, communication, and follow-up skills.

Possession of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), and or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) strongly preferred.

Complete 1 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification within 6 months of hire
