Program Overview
The OHSU Hospital & Clinics Nursing Leadership Fellowship Program is a comprehensive two-year initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of nursing leaders in healthcare administration.
Executive & Organizational Exposure
During the fellowship, participants will have the opportunity to shadow nursing and healthcare executives throughout the organization, gaining insights from various settings including adult and pediatric hospitals, regional facilities, and outpatient care environments. Fellows will engage in hands-on experiences within patient care centers during their project phase, collaborating closely with leadership to take on increasing responsibilities in project management and team leadership.
APPLICATION CRITERIA:
- Registered Nurse
- Master's level graduate
- A minimum of 5 years of post-graduation experience in direct patient care is required; leadership experience is preferred.
