Join Our Team as an Insurance Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Operations Manager to join our team at Marsh McLennan Companies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our service delivery model and ensuring the highest quality of service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage geographically dispersed and remote teams to deliver a cohesive customer service experience.
  • Develop and implement process improvement methodologies to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with business groups to drive cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze underwriting and service data to create performance reports and inform decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading service center teams and managing remote teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply critical thinking to complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire team members.
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Understanding of financial metrics and underwriting principles.
