Job Title: Project Testing Coordinator

Talent Catalyst is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Testing Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

The Project Testing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the testing process for various projects. This includes working with project managers and workstream leads to assign testing resources, ensuring all test scenarios are provided, and coordinating the development of test scripts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the testing process for multiple projects
  • Work with project managers and workstream leads to assign testing resources
  • Ensure all test scenarios are provided and test scripts are developed
  • Collaborate with testing team members to ensure testing responsibilities are assigned and understood
  • Document and maintain testing processes and artifacts
  • Review and check test script documents
  • Track and report testing outcomes, including new requirements or changes in requirements
  • Escalate testing results that impact project requirements
  • Organize status meetings and send status reports
  • Attend project team meetings and discuss weekly status with the team
  • Communicate with testing resources as needed
  • Track and prepare reports on testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, and required resources
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with testing software and technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
