Position Overview

  • Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
  • Communication: Relay significant changes in patient behavior or condition to the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.

In addition to these duties, the Mental Health Worker will:

  • Personal Care: Provide assistance to patients with daily hygiene and grooming needs.
