Role Summary
The Lead Construction Project Executive will serve as the primary liaison for project delivery during the construction phase, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with the client's vision and budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for the project, collaborating closely with the executive team, clients, and architects during the Construction Documents phase.
- Oversee compliance with construction documents and specifications, ensuring that all contractors and vendors adhere to project standards.
- Facilitate the bidding process, conducting meetings with contractors, comparing proposals, and making recommendations based on value.
- Prepare and monitor contracts and change orders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review blueprints and drawing sets prior to the commencement of construction.
- Evaluate project schedules and timelines to ensure timely execution.
- Verify that all necessary permits and licenses are secured before construction begins.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with client specifications and project standards.
- Manage ongoing construction-related issues as they arise, maintaining positive client relations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with a focus on either General Contracting or Owner's Representation.
- At least 5 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Design/Build accounting practices, including procurement and project cost reporting.
- Strong understanding of design, engineering, and technology principles, with the ability to accurately interpret technical drawings.
- Exceptional project management skills, including conflict resolution and mediation capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience with Critical Path scheduling and proactive problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in contract management and financial oversight of multiple projects.

- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality sectors, particularly as a project manager or owner's representative.
- A proactive, action-oriented work style with the ability to navigate challenges effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality, with a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with zoning and building codes relevant to project planning and execution.
- Ability to represent client brands in meetings with regulatory authorities during permitting and construction phases.
- Experience in preparing comprehensive project reports, including budgeting and design supervision.
