The Role
As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for implementing treatment programs established by the Occupational Therapist in accordance with state and federal regulations. You will collaborate with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being for our residents.

Responsibilities
- Implement treatment programs established by the Occupational Therapist
- Collaborate with facility staff to promote resident well-being
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills

Requirements
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the employment state
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
