Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Creative Project Leader at the Harold Grinspoon Foundation (HGF), you will collaborate closely with the Senior Creative Manager on a variety of innovative projects, encompassing both print and digital design, as well as video and email marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing workflows, partnering with teams, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional results. You will act as a liaison between HGF teams and the marketing division, steering projects toward successful completion. If you possess a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this full-time role could be an ideal match for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for HGF teams within the Marketing division
  • Keep all stakeholders updated on project progress and requirements
  • Effectively manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Assist in prioritizing projects in discussions with senior leadership
  • Work with external vendors as needed
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of photoshoots
  • Support the integration of marketing tools across various teams

Engage in managing creative initiatives for HGF teams, collaborating across departments to ensure smooth execution:

  • Transform long-term creative visions into actionable strategies
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams and project coordinators
  • Ensure quality control on creative outputs
  • Identify and resolve potential challenges or shifts in project scope

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong commitment to producing high-quality, strategic creative work
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Previous experience in project management within deadline-oriented settings
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Experience with project management applications
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Understanding of Jotform and Zapier
