Role Summary
We are seeking skilled 3D Designers who excel in various disciplines including 3D modeling, texturing, environment rendering, compositing, and lighting to craft engaging and innovative 3D experiences. The ideal candidate will thrive in collaborative settings, possessing a strong understanding of the interplay between artistry, communication, and teamwork. Proficiency in a range of 2D and 3D software is essential, along with the ability to create high-quality models from limited photographic references. A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in a creative team environment is crucial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine 3D assets and materials for web-based, real-time applications, and photorealistic renderings
  • Ensure high standards for accuracy, aesthetics, and productivity are consistently met
  • Identify and implement improvements in workflows and processes
  • Demonstrate expertise in rendering and enhancing 3D visuals to achieve photorealism
  • Specialize in architectural rendering and product visualization
  • Create dynamic 3D animations and videos
  • Exhibit a strong grasp of lighting techniques, mapping, and camera work
  • Interpret 2D CAD drawings effectively
  • Collaborate with the creative team to estimate workloads, establish project timelines, and manage projects from inception to completion
  • Excel in a fast-paced, collaborative production environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in animation or motion graphics
  • A diverse portfolio that highlights your commercial and corporate video projects
  • Experience in transforming project briefs and scripts into storyboards
  • Ability to incorporate feedback from creative teams and sales managers into your work
  • Familiarity with special effects, 3D modeling, and compositing techniques
  • Strong adherence to brand design guidelines with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Comprehensive understanding of typography, design styles, and design theory
  • Proficient in industry-standard software such as V-Ray, SketchUp, and Maya
  • Commitment to staying current with the latest creative software and hardware advancements
