At HNTB, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to serve as the DelDOT Client Service Leader (CSL). This key role is responsible for developing a client-level driven strategic plan, building a comprehensive knowledge of the client, and fostering a vertical relationship system through the client organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, business development, and client relationship building. They will be responsible for managing and delivering all aspects of one or more mega ($5M+) and/or super mega ($25M+) projects, including contracting, project controls, quality, risk, and change management.

The Project Director will implement HNTB's Sophisticated Delivery Approach (SDA) on each project, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. They will also be responsible for financial performance on projects, proactive management of cash, budget, schedule, and project scope to ensure adherence to project goals and completion to the client's satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, 20 years of relevant experience, and Professional Engineer (PE) certification. They will also have experience with project management software and tools, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
