Make a Difference in Neuro Rehabilitation

Join our team of dedicated professionals at BrightSpring Health Services as a Speech Language Pathologist in our revolutionary Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation program.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide functional rehabilitation in a home and community setting. As a key member of our team, you will work with patients who have experienced brain injury, spinal cord injury, or stroke/CVA to regain functional capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Regularly reassess treatment plans and attend staffing meetings and family conferences
  • Perform discharge evaluations and provide recommendations for home and community safety
  • Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
  • A valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice
  • Current CPR Certification in accordance with state regulations
  • A minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
