Job Description:

\
  • We are looking for an experienced Records Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and perform records management tasks.\
  • The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in a legal, banking, or corporate environment.\
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.\
  • This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.\
  • As a Records Associate, you will also be expected to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred or equivalent work experience.\
  • Minimum 2 years' experience preferably in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment.\
  • Legal records services, record-keeping, records management experience.\
  • Intermediate skill in the use of MS Office software (Word, Excel).\
  • Knowledge of software programs for legal records services, records management or record-keeping preferred.\
  • Knowledge of a legal timekeeping or job tracking system is preferred.
