LPN Clinical Supervisor Night Shifts

Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor for Night Shifts. This is a union position with a competitive salary and a $6,000 sign-on bonus.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to oversee the care of our residents on night shifts. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for administering medications, treating wounds, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and record vital information from new residents
  • Administer medications and injections as needed
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores
  • Supervise CNAs and ensure quality care
  • Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output
Requirements
  • Valid NY State LPN license
  • Must be in good standing with State Registry
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
