Job Overview

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
A Project Manager (PM) is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and technical oversight for various projects. This role is executed within the framework established by company policies, contractual agreements, plans, and specifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Emphasize Safety, Quality, and Productivity by adhering to and enforcing all company standards, systems, and policies.
  • Oversee all facets of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, client relations, and team development.
  • Evaluate and negotiate all project contracts in relation to estimates and proposals.
  • Review and authorize invoices on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with the project team to establish initial budgets, timelines, and logistical strategies based on estimates.
  • Regularly assess and update project budgets, cost reports, schedules, and financial projections.
  • Work closely with the project team to review and manage changes as needed.
  • Prepare schedules of values and submit payment applications monthly, including any relevant Change Orders.
  • Manage documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project-related issues.
  • Participate in project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Oversee Safety & Quality Checklists and conduct monthly Safety & Quality Focus inspections on projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Field experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in commercial construction and strong mathematical skills are essential.
  • Ability to organize and plan effectively using technology.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
