Job Summary:
Veselka is seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Takeout Team Member. This role involves organizing to-go orders, checking items, and completing and bagging orders, as well as fulfilling beverage orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and prepare to-go orders received from the kitchen
- Check items and complete and bag orders
- Fulfill beverage orders
- Work as a cashier, entering orders into our POS system
- Answer phone calls and take orders over the phone and in person
- Make change and process credit card transactions
- Greet guests and take their orders for to-go
- Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
Working Hours:
Available shifts include AM and PM shifts, with AM shifts beginning at 7:30 or 8 AM and running till 3 PM, and PM shifts beginning at 3 PM and running till approximately 11 PM.
