Position Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Diagnose and resolve electrical system issues across the facility.
  • Support the upkeep of electrical machinery through preventive maintenance protocols.
  • Contribute to the implementation of innovative control systems.
  • Investigate and enhance electrical processes and controls.
  • Monitor recurring issues and devise effective solutions.
  • Identify vulnerabilities in electrical systems and propose corrective measures.
  • Comprehend the operational functionality of electrical equipment and provide training to operators and maintenance staff on equipment operation and troubleshooting.
  • Assist maintenance teams in ensuring efficient production operations and undertake additional tasks as directed by management.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in industrial electrical work, with strong skills in reading schematics and troubleshooting PLCs.
  • Possession of relevant electrical certifications, including those from technical colleges or manufacturing organizations, such as Allen Bradley or Square D.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of documented experience is preferred.
