Occupational Therapist

Laurel Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their maximum potential and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Provide a range of occupational therapy services, including modalities and activities to promote independence and functional ability
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and communication
- Document resident progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable)
- SNF experience preferred
