Job Summary

Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Pharmaceutical Associate to join our team in Milton, VT. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $24.00 to $27.00 per hour.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all activities related to controlled substances and listed chemicals, including record keeping, reporting, acquisition, storage, and distribution. They will also maintain customer diligence files, assist with suspicious order monitoring programs, and perform other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a basic understanding of controlled substance regulations and compliance requirements. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers, both in person and in writing.

As a Compliance Associate in the Pharmaceutical Industry, you will be working collaboratively with team members to ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations. You will be responsible for maintaining a basic knowledge of the Controlled Substances Act, regulations promulgated by the DEA, and sub-regulatory guidance provided by the DEA.
