Polsinelli Records Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Specialist to join our team in Washington D.C. This role will be responsible for providing document and file organization from opening of matters to the conclusion, working closely with the Records team, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure all tasks are complete.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide document and file organization from opening of matters to the conclusion
  • Work closely with Records team members, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure all tasks are complete
  • Remotely cover our Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and Wilmington offices and have occasional travel to them for projects
  • Maintain a team atmosphere and back up other team members out of the office
  • Perform other projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • 5 years+ of records experience or more (preferably in a large firm setting)
  • Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds
  • Positive attitude
  • High attention to detail
  • High energy
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with iRM, iManage, Microsoft Word/Excel, and Outlook

The budgeted salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000.
