Executive Chef

As a key member of the 7 Hills Brewing Co. team, the Kitchen Manager will oversee all Back of House operations, ensuring seamless execution of food preparation and presentation. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating food preparation, inventory management, and kitchen maintenance.
• Developing and implementing recipes, menus, and food presentation standards.
• Leading a team of kitchen staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborating with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
