Office Operations Coordinator

We are a historic, family-owned business that has been helping customers furnish their homes for over 70 years. Our mission is to provide our customers with an easy and fun furniture shopping experience.
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our office operations team, you will be responsible for serving customers by answering questions, forwarding messages, confirming orders, scheduling deliveries, and keeping customers informed of their order status. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing all office operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- You will frequently communicate with customers via phone.
- You will partner with all team members to create an easy transaction and great in-home delivery service.
- You will develop strong relationships with customers who shop with us in-store and online.
- You will listen to the customers' needs and present possible options.
Requirements
- You have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You can read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- You have demonstrated ability to handle customer calls displaying good phone skills.
- You have a track record of serving others and putting team goals first.
- You have an owner's mindset; taking ownership over everything within scope of responsibility.
- You have a proactive approach; identifying and solving problems.
Estimated salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
