Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team in Mount Prospect, IL. As a Specialty Mail Service Pharmacist, you'll provide exceptional service to patients and healthcare professionals while leading and guiding supporting staff. Your expertise will ensure the accurate delivery of pharmaceutical care services, including drug therapy monitoring, patient education, and chronic disease state management.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and service
- Lead and guide supporting staff to deliver high-quality care
- Ensure accurate delivery of pharmaceutical care services
- Monitor and manage chronic disease states
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice
- Current Pharmacist License in good standing in the State of Illinois
- Reside in the State of Illinois within commutable distance of Mount Prospect, IL
- Six months of pharmacy experience
- Six months of work experience with Windows-based applications
