Digital Prospectors is looking for a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to enhance our Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and compassionate demeanor to troubleshoot and resolve various challenges while managing multiple tasks and contributing to team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous and effective technical support for hardware, software, systems, and services utilized by clients.
  • Quickly identify and resolve issues, offering clear explanations and solutions to users.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation by recording problem descriptions, troubleshooting steps, user interactions, and resolutions in the designated management platforms.
  • Guide and train team members on client-supported services and solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest technical skills and contribute to the knowledge repository.
  • Adhere to established processes and best practices while actively pursuing and implementing enhancements.
  • Ensure proper escalation of incidents that require further technical team involvement.
  • Generate reports and perform statistical analysis as required, serving as a subject matter expert for the Service Desk.
  • Participate in project development, implementation, and provide expert consultation on technology to various departments.
  • Exhibit a commitment to customer support, delivering exceptional service, and fostering a positive experience.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile solutions, unified communications, network connectivity, and various software applications.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in documenting work and ensuring thorough problem resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills with a patient and empathetic approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Passionate about learning new technologies and services, with a strong commitment to providing outstanding support.
