Clinical Pharmacist

Rx relief is currently searching for a qualified Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary range of $60.00-$70.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
The Inpatient Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for patients. This includes:

• Reviewing and processing physician orders and patient medication profiles.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to address and resolve medication-related issues.
• Conducting thorough evaluations of drug therapy for safety, efficacy, and potential interactions.
• Providing drug consultations and recommendations tailored to individual patient needs.
• Participating in departmental medication usage evaluations and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Supervising the preparation of sterile compounds and IV admixtures.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a valid and active IN State Pharmacist License.
• Hold a Pharm.D. or B.S. degree in Pharmacy.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an inpatient setting.

Work Schedule:
This position typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Background Requirements:
Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check and health screening.
