Position Overview:
A healthcare facility in Northern Indiana is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to enhance their pharmacy team.

Candidate Profile:

We welcome applications from both recent graduates and seasoned professionals holding a Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited institution. An active Indiana pharmacy license is required, and familiarity with Omnicell and EMR CPSI systems is advantageous.

It involves responsibilities in both inpatient and outpatient pharmacy settings as needed.
Work hours are primarily during the day, with weekend duties and on-call responsibilities following training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately process medication orders.
- Review products prepared by pharmacy technicians prior to release.
- Ensure the security of the pharmacy and controlled substances.
- Communicate daily pharmacy operations to the Director.
