Position Overview
The Clinical Services Supervisor plays a vital role in assisting the Director of Outpatient Services to ensure high-quality care within our outpatient mental health clinic, specifically catering to individuals with co-occurring disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver weekly supervision to Master Level clinicians, interns, and interdisciplinary team members to guarantee comprehensive assessments and tailored service plans for clients.
  • Maintain an organized waitlist, prioritizing assessments and placements for high-risk individuals.
  • Provide individual therapy to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Facilitate clinical group supervision to enhance communication among team members, manage productivity, and uphold quality assurance.
  • Support the multidisciplinary team meetings and office-based addiction treatment discussions.
  • Foster collaborative relationships within the community to strengthen the recovery support system.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Outpatient Services to ensure all clinical staff receive necessary training and regular performance evaluations, promoting safe and culturally competent care.
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and maintaining an urgent care model in conjunction with the Director of Outpatient Services.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory, accreditation, and funding standards in outpatient facilities.
  • Maintain accurate client and program records in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with the Intake and Admission Manager to streamline workflows and meet program utilization goals.
  • Respond to internal and external data collection and reporting requirements.
  • Oversee intern progress recordings and evaluations, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Participate in relevant case conferences and staff meetings.
  • Provide weekly supervision to direct reports and attend scheduled supervision sessions.
  • Be available for on-call duties on a rotational basis.
  • Ensure the delivery of evidence-based practices to the target population while addressing implementation barriers.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Recovery Support Services to oversee data collection and outcomes reporting.
  • Review and approve clinical documentation for clinical staff and interns in our electronic health record system.
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of Urgent Care services.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Must possess a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Knowledge of community resources and experience with issues such as homelessness, domestic violence, chronic illness, and incarceration is preferred.
  • Experience providing individual, family, and group interventions to the target population is essential.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, with hours varying between 8 AM and 8 PM.
