Key Responsibilities

  • Operate sophisticated machinery collaboratively to produce high-quality products.
  • Support various aspects of the production line, including tasks such as transporting, cutting, and laminating materials.
  • Prepare and finalize orders for delivery or pickup in accordance with established schedules (loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, shipping).
  • Receive and manage warehouse stock products (picking, unloading, labeling, storing).
  • Ensure the overall cleanliness, safety, and adherence to 5S principles.
  • Engage and collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and production machinery.
  • Adhere to quality service standards and comply with established procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and management.
  • Willingness to work as part of a cohesive team.
  • Ability to solve problems and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks on a daily basis.
  • Organizational skills and experience with 5S methodologies.
  • Proficiency in math and computer applications, including Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience in a production environment is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current forklift certification.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude.
  • Capability to lift heavy items.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible overtime as required
