Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Electrical Engineer to lead our team in the design, analysis, and testing of digital electronic modules, FPGAs, and CCAs for Department of Defense applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team in design activities, engineering drawings, model development, product integration, and testing.
  • Drive engineering projects to completion, ensuring alignment with milestones and delivering successful results.
  • Establish best practices and contribute to strategic capability growth.
  • Enhance and follow established hardware engineering procedures, performing thorough design and peer reviews.
  • Direct design verification and qualification testing events to ensure optimal product performance.
  • Contribute to bid approaches and proposals by developing technical solutions for project pursuits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or EET (Master's or PhD preferred).
  • Minimum of 12 years in engineering design with 8+ years in FPGA and embedded development.
  • Expertise in electrical circuit design, schematic capture, embedded firmware, and full-stack development.
  • Advanced skills in embedded design (C, Assembly, RTOS, Driver development, and version control).
  • Strong understanding of machine learning hardware development, model optimization, and ML algorithms.
  • Proficient in FPGA and SoC development using platforms like Xilinx and Microchip.
