About the Role

We are seeking an experienced pediatric nurse manager to join our team at One Brooklyn Health. This individual will be responsible for leading the clinical team and providing exceptional care to pediatric residents.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  2. Lead a team of nursing staff to provide exceptional care to pediatric residents.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports on patient care and treatment.
  5. Identify opportunities for quality improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a pediatric nurse, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire nursing staff.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing healthcare.
