About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate nurse leader to join our progressive care team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of nurses and healthcare professionals in delivering evidence-based patient care
  • Mentor and develop nursing staff to enhance their clinical skills and leadership abilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's Degree in related area
  • Current New York State RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in progressive care or critical care setting
  • American Nurses Credentialing Center approved national board Certification
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership competencies and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $130,000-$155,000/Annual
