This is a unique opportunity to work as a Pediatric Rehabilitation Specialist in our Early Intervention program. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team and contribute to the development and well-being of young children with developmental challenges.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits that include flexible scheduling, professional development opportunities, and a supportive community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance children's physical abilities and overall development.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to integrate therapeutic strategies into daily routines.
  • Monitor and document progress towards goals, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and education to family members and other caregivers to support the child's development and participation in natural environments.
Qualifications
  • Valid NYS state license as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience in pediatric physical therapy or early intervention preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse families and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
