Job Overview

First Impression Dental, a modern general dentistry practice located on Mass. Ave. in Arlington, is seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of $52.50, paid bi-weekly, with benefits including paid sick days, holidays, vacation time, health coverage, and a 401k Retirement Plan.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating patients' oral health status and identifying potential issues
  • Taking x-ray images to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have at least an associate's degree in dental hygiene, preferably a bachelor's degree. In-depth knowledge of dental safety regulations and HIPAA guidelines is also essential.
