Your Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities for clients in their homes

Encourage clients to maintain their independence and provide emotional support

Adhere to care plans developed by our Registered Nurses and contribute to a safe and comfortable living environment

Assist clients with medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments or errands

Maintain accurate and timely records of the care delivered

Adhere to infection control and safety policies and guidelines

Requirements:
Valid Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification in New Jersey

Up-to-date CPR certification

Demonstrated experience in providing personal care and assisting with daily living activities

Compassionate and reliable with strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families

Access to reliable transportation for visiting client homes

Additional Requirements:
Recent physical examination and PPD (tuberculosis) test within the past 12 months

Proof of MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) vaccination

Valid Social Security Number (SSN) and/or valid Immigration Documents (if applicable)
