Certified Nursing Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Attendant to join our team at New Bridge Medical Center. As a leading healthcare provider, we offer a supportive and inclusive work environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, with a focus on patient growth and development. You will be responsible for delivering patient care responsibilities, observing and reporting any changes in patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and taking and recording vital signs.
Additionally, you will assist patients with activities of daily living, including skin care, and record patient information accurately. You will also communicate effectively with Charge Nurses/Primary Nurses regarding patient needs and requests, and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a generous time off policy, including ample vacation days, personal time, sick leave, and nine paid holidays. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant. You will also need to have at least one year of experience as a Certified Nurse Aide in Long Term Care, and possess good oral communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be able to pass a Nursing Attendant test administered by BRMC.

Key Responsibilities:
