About the Role

Fenn & Associates, Inc. is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer/Designer to contribute to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare legal descriptions and easement exhibits
  • Create topographic mapping drawings, site plans, and grading/draining designs
  • Design sanitary and storm sewer plans, as well as stormwater management systems
  • Develop water main designs and as-built drawings
  • Produce survey drafting of ALTA surveys and condominium documents
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (preferred)
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Michigan (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant AutoCAD experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering
  • Carlson Survey proficiency (preferred)
