Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team at Oliver Behavioral Consultants LLC. As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children by providing direct behavioral services in various settings.

About the Role

As a new RBT, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include implementing ABA treatment plans, collecting data on client progress, and collaborating with the BCBA to make any necessary adjustments to interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA treatment plans to help clients reach their goals
  • Collect data on client progress and collaborate with the BCBA to make adjustments to interventions
  • Work directly with clients, providing behavior analysis services in various settings
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other team members to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding treatment plans and progress
Requirements

To succeed as an RBT at Oliver Behavioral Consultants LLC, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
