Oliver Behavioral Consultants LLC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team. As an RBT, you will work in both school and clinic settings across Delta and Montrose, Colorado, providing direct behavioral services and collaborating with our team of experienced professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Implement ABA treatment plans and collect data on client progress
* Collaborate with BCBA professionals to make adjustments to interventions
* Work directly with clients to help them reach their goals

**Requirements:**

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail for accurate data collection
* Flexibility and adaptability in navigating different client needs and behaviors
* Genuine passion for helping others and a positive attitude toward learning and professional growth
