Regional Sales Executive

Located in a dynamic region, this position is essential for expanding our emergency air transport services.
Position: Territory Sales Manager
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (5% Remote and 95% Onsite Client Engagement)
Salary Range: $35,000 - $180,000 | Uncapped Commission
Territory Coverage: This role encompasses various counties, providing a wide-reaching impact in the community.
The Territory Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales of our emergency medical transport services to local communities.
As part of Air Evac Lifeteam, you will be part of a dedicated organization committed to delivering high-quality medical care, primarily in emergency and patient relocation services across the United States. We offer distinctive membership programs, including emergent air transport and ground ambulance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through various strategies such as cold calling, leveraging customer referrals, engaging in community initiatives, collaborating with leadership on marketing strategies, and participating in networking events.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial contact and discovery to needs assessment, proposal development, closing deals, and ongoing client management.
- Develop a robust pipeline of both B2C and B2B clients to meet sales objectives and company targets.
- Close business transactions that align with the organization's goals and standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 3 years of field sales experience in B2C or B2B environments.
- Cold calling experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of the emergency medical transport sector is advantageous.
- Successful completion of background and substance screenings.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
