Seeking a Detail-Oriented Legal Practice Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Legal Practice Assistant to join our dynamic team in Boca Raton. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide high-level support to attorneys, associates, and paralegals across multiple practice areas, including Corporate, Litigation, Tax, and Trusts & Estates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys and paralegals, including document preparation, editing, and formatting.
  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Handle client communications, maintain client files, and enter attorney time into InTapp Time Entry.
  • Conduct document management using iManage and assist with other legal administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, preferably in Corporate, Litigation, or Trusts & Estates.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and InTapp Time Entry, with familiarity with iManage and PowerPoint a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
