Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Finswash. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our car wash facilities, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of car wash staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to set and achieve business objectives, including sales targets and customer retention goals.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and operational performance.
  • Identify and address any operational issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of management experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a high-performing team.
  • Mechanical aptitude required to maintain daily operations.
  • Flexibility to manage a seven-day-per-week operation with exposure to the elements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in car wash operations is highly desired.

Physical Demands

This position involves sitting, standing, walking, and normal physical mobility, including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and carrying typical office equipment, averaging up to approximately 80 pounds in weight. Frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting. Ability to work outdoors while exposed to the weather elements. Finger and hand dexterity is required for frequent and continuous operation of all site equipment.
