- Prepare for the reception of incoming orders.

- Monitor temperatures of freezers, dishwashing machines, and refrigeration units prior to food preparation.
- Follow recipe guidelines meticulously.
- Review and execute the daily sanitation checklist and perform necessary inspections.
- Conduct routine health inspections.
- Maintain adherence to sanitation, temperature, and food safety regulations.
- Work efficiently to guarantee optimal cooking times.
Essential Qualifications
- Certified trainer in any back-of-house operations.
- Successful completion of assessment evaluations.
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the food service industry.
- Experience in leadership roles.
- Trained and skilled in all aspects of back-of-house operations.
