Having experienced remarkable growth in recent years, we are in the initial phases of establishing a new Strategic Planning division to support our next growth trajectory, with Business Analytics being a pivotal component of our strategy and overall success.

The Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst will be integrated within the Business Analytics team and will collaborate closely with the E-commerce business unit.

The ideal candidate will delve into our data architecture, develop robust data pipelines, and create self-service dashboards. You will become proficient in our pricing systems and methodologies, devise strategies and analyses to optimize the balance between competitive pricing and profitability, and implement pricing modifications directly in our systems to meet our goals.

This role will involve collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization, including Category Management, Sourcing, Client Engagement, Finance, and Product & Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:
In collaboration with your manager and cross-functional teams, oversee the comprehensive Pricing & Profitability strategy and execution for the entire E-commerce platform, which includes:
1. Formulating hypotheses, developing pricing scenarios, and evaluating various strategies to assess impact and implement changes.
2. Constructing, managing, and maintaining a complex system of data pipelines that transform raw data into aggregated tables for dashboards.
3. Designing metrics and production dashboards using data visualization tools to enhance visibility into organizational health.
4. Continuously improving your dashboards to drive additional business insights and value.
5. Monitoring business performance and analyzing trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations, followed by measuring outcomes post-implementation.
6. Engaging with cross-functional stakeholders to collaboratively make data-informed strategic decisions.
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in technical, business-oriented analytics roles within technology organizations, preferably with a focus on B2C dynamic pricing.
- Proficiency in querying, analyzing, and visualizing large datasets through SQL and data visualization tools.
- Proven track record of developing production-grade data pipelines that support dashboards and live technology solutions.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to grasp business concepts while paying close attention to technical and analytical details.
- Strong business acumen with a proactive approach.
- BA/BS degree in a quantitative discipline with a solid academic background.
