Client Care Coordinator Opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to seniors and older adults? Do you have a knack for building strong relationships and ensuring seamless care experiences?

Comfort Keepers, a leading provider of in-home care, is seeking a skilled Client Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the client experience from referral to continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including assisted living facilities, hospice providers, and geriatric care managers.
  • Interact with prospective clients, educating them on our services and scheduling in-home visits.
  • Manage the uninterrupted care of clients, coordinating with family resources and other personnel, such as community providers and insurance companies.
  • Collaborate with the Homecare Services Coordinator to ensure shifts and hours are matched with caregiver qualifications.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one to three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and outstanding people management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and written/verbal communication.
  • Ability to spend extended periods in the field, with driving as a requirement.
Working Environment:
  • Office environment.
  • Walking, sitting, and standing with limited lifting (typically 5 pounds or less).
  • Extended time at a computer work screen and on the telephone.
  • Extended time in a motor vehicle.
