Bell Nursery is seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and maintaining a high level of product presentation in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Unload and stock shipments of live goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with leadership and receiving partners to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and inventory management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising, visual merchandising, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
